2. Abstract:

English: Driven by carbon neutrality goals, power systems are undergoing a rapid transition toward low-carbon and sustainable operation. The high penetration of renewable energy, extensive use of power electronic devices, and evolving load characteristics have significantly increased system complexity and uncertainty. This special session focuses on optimization and control in low-carbon power systems, including renewable energy integration, low-carbon dispatch, coordinated control of flexible resources, and uncertainty modeling. It aims to promote the application of advanced optimization and control methods to enhance the security, efficiency, and sustainability of modern power systems.

中文: 在“双碳”目标背景下,电力系统正加速向低碳化与清洁化转型。高比例可再生能源接入、电力电子设备广泛应用以及负荷结构变化,使系统运行呈现出更强的不确定性与复杂性。本分论坛聚焦低碳电力系统中的优化与控制问题,重点探讨新能源消纳、低碳调度、灵活资源协调控制及不确定性建模等关键技术。旨在推动优化与控制理论在实际电力系统中的应用,提升系统运行的安全性、经济性与低碳水平。
