2. Abstract 论坛简介:

面向新型电力系统高比例可再生能源渗透、交直流混联、极端事件频发带来的巨大挑战,本论坛聚焦系统安全稳定与韧性提升核心主题,围绕稳定性分析、智能评估、安全控制、级联故障防控、韧性规划、极端风险运行等关键科学问题展开研讨。旨在凝练共性技术瓶颈,交流最新理论方法与工程实践,推动电力系统在复杂故障与极端风险下的安全防御、韧性规划与高效运行水平提升。

Aiming at the huge challenges caused by high renewable penetration, AC/DC hybrid connection and frequent extreme events in new power systems, this track focuses on system security, stability, and resilience enhancement. It discusses key scientific issues including stability analysis, intelligent assessment, security control, cascading failure prevention, resilience planning and extreme risk operation. The track intends to summarize common technical bottlenecks, exchange state-of-the-art theories and engineering practices, so as to improve the security defense, resilience planning and efficient operation of power systems under complex faults and extreme risks.
