Paper Submission Procedure
All papers must be submitted via the conference submission portal. Please follow the steps below for submission:
1. Create an Account: If you have not already done so, create an account on the conference portal.
2. Submit Your Paper: Upload your paper in PDF format. The paper should adhere to the required template.

3. Provide Author Information: Include full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
4. Wait for the Assigned Paper ID: Within two working days, you will receive the confirmation from the conference secretary with your exclusive Paper ID after your successful submission,
5. Confirmation Email: Once your submission is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, if you don't receive it, please be sure contact us again.
Paper Review Process
Peer Review
All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. This means that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process. Papers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Relevance to conference themes

Originality and novelty of the research

Technical quality and soundness of the methodology

Impact and potential contribution to the field
Acceptance Notification

Notification of Acceptance: Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision after the review process.

Paper Revision: If required, the conference secretary will send you the review comments for the paper revision, after that, the official notification will be sent.

Confirmation of the Email: No matter your paper is accepted or rejected, you will receive the email by the deadline, if no, please contact us again.
Paper Presentation
Oral Presentations
Accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations at the conference. Presenters will be given 15 minutes to present their work, followed by a 2-3-minute Q&A session.
Poster Presentations
Some papers may be selected for poster presentation. Poster presenters will be assigned a dedicated session and will have the opportunity to interact with conference attendees to explain their research.
Virtual Presentations
For authors unable to attend in person, virtual presentations will be available. Presenters must submit their presentation video by August 20, 2025 for pre-recording.
