2. Abstract:
With the rapid expansion of renewable energy integration, new power systems face unprecedented challenges due to increasing flexibility, complexity, and uncertainty. Operational optimization problems—including unit commitment, maintenance scheduling, optimal transmission switching, power system planning, and reliability assessment—are critical for achieving optimal resource allocation and ensuring system security and economic efficiency. The introduction of the "dual carbon" targets has raised higher requirements for optimization models and computational efficiency. This session will introduce recent advancements in related technologies.
3. Topics:
power system optimization
mixed-integer linear programming
artificial intelligence
