2. Abstract:

English: The construction of a new power system dominated by new energy is facing systematic challenges, such as intensified output volatility, declining rotational inertia, and tightening regulation resources. Relying solely on a single technology or fixed energy storage is no longer sufficient; it is urgent to explore collaborative optimization paths across multiple time scales and spatial dimensions from the global perspective of "Source-Grid-Load-Storage." This track focuses on theoretical innovations and engineering practices in multi-source complementarity and flexible dispatch, covering multi-energy synergy (wind, solar, hydro, thermal, and storage), aggregation of fixed and mobile flexible resources, and the deep integration of market mechanisms with scheduling algorithms. The goal is to build a safe, economic, and low-carbon flexible regulation system for the new power system, facilitating the transition from "generation following load" to "coordinated interaction of source-grid-load-storage."

中文: 构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,正面临出力波动性加剧、转动惯量下降、调节资源趋紧等系统性挑战。仅靠单一技术或固定式储能已难以应对,亟需从“源网荷储”全局视角出发,探索多时间尺度、多空间维度的协同优化路径。本分论坛聚焦多源互补与灵活调度的理论创新与工程实践,涵盖风光水火储等多能协同、固定与移动式灵活性资源聚合、以及市场机制与调度算法的深度融合。目标是为新型电力系统构建一套安全、经济、低碳的灵活调节体系,推动从“源随荷动”向“源网荷储协同互动”的转变。
