在“双碳”目标驱动下,电力系统正加速向高比例可再生能源、高电气化水平、高市场化程度的方向演进,电碳协同成为连接能源转型与气候行动的关键纽带。本论坛聚焦电碳协同框架下电力系统的规划、运行与调度一体化问题,深入探讨电碳耦合机理、低碳调度方法、碳流追踪技术及市场交易机制等前沿方向,特别关注人工智能与大数据在电碳协同中的创新应用。论坛旨在搭建青年科学家跨学科交流平台,推动形成电碳协同的理论体系与关键技术,助力构建清洁低碳、安全高效的新型电力系统。
Driven by the “dual carbon” goals, power systems are rapidly evolving toward high shares of renewable energy, high electrification levels, and high marketization. Electricity-carbon synergy has become a critical link between energy transition and climate action. This forum focuses on the integrated framework of planning, operation, and dispatch in power systems under electricity-carbon synergy, exploring cutting-edge topics such as coupling mechanisms between electricity and carbon, low-carbon dispatch methods, carbon flow tracking technologies, and market trading mechanisms, with special emphasis on innovative applications of artificial intelligence and big data. The forum aims to establish an interdisciplinary platform for young scientists, promote the development of theoretical frameworks and key technologies for electricity-carbon synergy, and contribute to building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient new power system.
