Assco. Prof. Sijie Chen

Assco. Prof. Sijie Chen

Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

Tenured Associate Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Currently serves as the Director of the Institute of Technology and Economics of New Power Systems at the Institute of Smart Energy. His major academic roles include Chair of the IEEE PES Blockchain Working Group, among others. His research focuses on power markets, energy blockchain, and distributed optimization theory. He has been selected for the China Association for Science and Technology's "Young Talent Support Program", the Shanghai "Pujiang Talent Program", and recognized as a "Youth Role Model" by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as an "Outstanding Contributor" by the Proceedings of the CSEE.

He has published first- or corresponding-author papers in top journals such as Nature Energy and IEEE Transactions, which have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited Papers, Springer "Change the World" papers, and High Impact Papers by the Proceedings of the CSEE.

 

Hui Li

Dalian University of Technology, China

Dr. Hui Li obtained his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chongqing University. During his academic career, he served as a Visiting Scholar at the National University of Singapore and Tsinghua University. From October 2022 to April 2025, he was awarded the prestigious Macao Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Macau. Currently, Dr. Li is an Associate Professor at Dalian University of Technology. His research focuses on the planning and operation of low-inertia sustainable energy systems. To date, he has authored 37 publications in high-impact journals, among which 3 have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited Papers.

Xinran Zhang

Xinran Zhang

Beihang University, China

Xinran Zhang received the B.S. degree and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering and automation from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2011 and 2016, respectively, both with honors. From 2016 to 2020, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Hong Kong. Since 2021, he has been with the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China, where he is currently an associate professor. He is selected for a national overseas high-level talent plan youth project and has hosted the Youth Project of NSFC. He serves as the editor of iEnergy and Frontiers in Energy Research. His research interests include power system stability and control, load modeling, voltage stability and the application of artificial intelligence in power systems.

Xinran Zhang

Weiyi Huang

Liaoning Technical University, China

Weiyi Huang is an Associate Professor at Liaoning Technical University, a member of the Magnetic Technology Committee of the China Power Supply Society, and a youth editorial board member of Wireless Power Transfer. He received his Ph.D. from Tianjin University in 2024 and joined Liaoning Technical University the same year. His research focuses on magnetic integration technology in power electronics and wireless power transfer, with applications primarily in onboard power conversion systems for EVs, wireless power transfer for UAVs, and stray magnetic field shielding. He has been engaged in research on magnetic integration and WPT technologies for over eight years and has participated in several projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published 10 papers in domestic and international journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology.

Xinran Zhang

Yuchen Fang

Dalian University of Technology,China

Yuchen Fang is currently an Assistant Professor at Dalian University of Technology and Deputy Director of the Power System and Automation Division. His research interests include concentrating solar power, power system planning, and operation. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed papers indexed by SCI/EI and led projects funded by NSFC and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He has also received several awards for scientific and technological advancement.

Xinran Zhang

Shandong University, China

Cheng Cheng, IEEE Member, received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University. His primary research focuses on absolute stability analysis and control technologies for renewable energy grid-integration systems. As the first author, he has published 10 papers in SCI top journals, including IEEE TIE, IEEE TPEL, etc. He has led several research projects, including: National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Program, 
China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Program, Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Program.
