Call for Tracks

AEET 2027 invites proposals for focused technical tracks that bring together researchers and practitioners around timely topics in applied electrical engineering and technology. Track organizers help shape a clear, balanced program and create space for focused discussion and collaboration.

We welcome proposals spanning power and energy systems, electrical engineering, control, power electronics, intelligent technologies, and related applications. A proposal should explain the topic's relevance to the conference and the value it offers to prospective contributors.

How to Propose a Track

  1. Define the focus. Choose a concise title and describe the topic, scope, and fit with AEET 2027.
  2. Prepare the proposal. Include a short rationale, a list of suggested subtopics, and the names, affiliations, and brief biographies of the proposed chair and co-chairs.
  3. Submit for consideration. Send the proposal through the conference's designated track proposal channel when it is announced. Include a contact email for the organizing team.
  4. Review and confirmation. The conference organizers will assess scope, relevance, and program balance, then contact proposers about the decision and any next steps.
  5. Organize the session. Once approved, track organizers help share the call, coordinate submissions and reviews, and work with the program team on scheduling.

Track proposals should be focused, inclusive, and supported by an organizing team able to engage the research community. Specific submission dates, contact details, and organizer responsibilities will be posted once confirmed.

提案步骤

  1. 确定专题方向：拟定简洁明确的专题名称，说明主题范围及其与 AEET 2027 的关联。
  2. 准备提案材料：介绍设立理由和拟征集的子方向，并提供专题主席、共同主席的姓名、单位及简要简介。
  3. 提交提案：待大会公布正式提交渠道后，通过指定方式提交，并提供专题团队的联系人邮箱。
  4. 等待评审确认：大会将结合主题相关性、范围和议程安排进行评估，并通知提案团队结果及后续事项。
  5. 组织专题活动：获批后，专题组织者协助宣传征稿、协调投稿与评审，并与大会程序团队沟通日程。

提案应主题集中、鼓励多元参与，并具备能够持续联系学术社群的组织团队。具体截止日期、联系人及组织者职责将在确认后公布。
